Jeremy Evans, Marketing Delivery managing director will deliver a joint-presentation alongside Anita Fox, from Facebook UK, as part of a session titled “How the pandemic has changed consumer behaviour for good”.
Evans told AM: “We’ve been looking at some data on how consumer behaviours have changed and what dealers can now do to capitalise on that.
“Social media has played a greater part than ever in this and the dealerships who have embraced social channels are seeing the benefits.”
The joint Facebook and Marketing Delivery session will explore how marketing automation involving the most preferred channels – email, SMS, social media – is helping retailers keep their stock and key messages in front of consumers who are interacting less than ever in physical showrooms.
Marketing Delivery’s session is just one of the 12 presentations across the packed schedule on the day across three theatre areas, including Operational Excellence, Digital and Inspiration.
