Jeremy Evans, managing director at Marketing Delivery“During the pandemic there has been a notable shortening of conversion times as consumers conduct ever more of their car search online.

“Social media has played a greater part than ever in this and the dealerships who have embraced social channels are seeing the benefits.”

The joint Facebook and Marketing Delivery session will explore how marketing automation involving the most preferred channels – email, SMS, social media – is helping retailers keep their stock and key messages in front of consumers who are interacting less than ever in physical showrooms.

Anita Fox, head of automotive at Facebook UKEvans said the presentation will also dig into the nitty gritty with dealer case studies on what Marketing Delivery has achieved with social media targeting and offer ideas on how to make existing customer data work harder to deliver better results.

Marketing Delivery’s session is just one of the 12 presentations across the packed schedule on the day across three theatre areas, including Operational Excellence, Digital and Inspiration.
