Toyota Hyryder waiting periods in June 2024
For those who book their Hyryder in June, the wait for delivery will range anywhere from two to five months. The hybrid variants currently have the lowest waiting period of approximately two months, while it goes up to five months for the non-hybrid petrol (Neo Drive) variants. Toyota also offers a CNG option on the Hyryder, which currently has a waiting period of about four months. The waiting periods were as high as eight to nine months on the Hyryder mild-hybrid and 12-13 months on Hyryder CNG a few months ago.
Toyota Hyryder: powertrains, price
The Hyryder’s 1.5-litre, four-cylinder mild-hybrid engine puts out 103hp and 137Nm torque and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox along with an optional 6-speed torque converter automatic. This engine is available with either a front-wheel drive or an all-wheel drive configuration. It also gets a CNG option with the 5-speed MT.
The 1.5-litre hybrid powertrain makes 116hp and gets an e-CVT gearbox as standard. The Toyota Hyryder is priced from Rs 11.14 lakh to Rs 20.19 lakh (ex-showroom), and puts up against Maruti Grand Vitara, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun and Honda Elevate.
