Tech experts get set to help car dealers win over more customers

Some of UK motor retail’s best known tech experts are busy preparing to help dealers visiting Automotive Management Live 2024 to find efficiencies while keeping customers happy.

The event for car dealers, held on November 13 at the National Exhibition Centre near Birmingham, is a combination of an exhibition and a conference, and its seminar content will feature over 30 speakers and features in four dedicated Digital & Technology, Sales, Aftersales and Strategy theatres. 

Among the tech and digital experts already secured for the day are Johan Sundstrand, chief executive of Phyron; Sophie Birsham (pictured), head of industry for automotive at Google; Andy Whitehair, chief executive of Autofinity; Charlotte Murray, commercial director of Marketing Delivery; Tony Patterson, managing director of Concentrix; Matthew Simpkins, UK & EMEA regional vice president and automotive advisor of Salesforce; Graham Stokes, sales vice president UK &I at Keyloop; and Jeremy Evans, chief executive of Marketing Delivery.

Motor retailers who visit Automotive Management Live 2024 will have a chance to meet with 80+ diverse industry suppliers who will showcase their latest product offering and put forward new innovations to help plan for a changing retail environment.

“It’s really important to come and see what new products and services the industry is bringing, but also to catch up with others in the industry. We’re coming up with new ideas to bring businesses forward,” said Peter Toop, commercial director at AM100 dealer group Vindis, which holds franchises including Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Seat and Skoda.

Attendance to Automotive Management Live is free of charge for dealers and OEMs who register in advance.
