Bengaluru-based startup Simple Energy has begun deliveries of its One electric scooter with 15 units delivered in the inaugural event. The company claims it has currently amassed more than 1 lakh bookings.

Deliveries of the One commenced in Bengaluru and the company delivered the e-scooters based on the priority of pre-bookings it received. A couple of weeks ago the company finally launched the production-spec One electric scooter and it is quite different from the pre-production e-scooter we rode over a year ago. Simple Energy claims that it will expand its presence throughout the country to ‘40-50 cities via 160-180 retail stores’.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Suhas Rajkumar, Founder and CEO, Simple Energy, said, “We are elated to commence the deliveries of the Simple ONE, starting with customers in Bengaluru.
