Indian commercial vehicle maker Ashok Leyland has revealed the extension of its portfolio of digital products with the launch of the New Nxt. The new Digital Next kit (DigitAL Nxt) delivers a mix of three industry-leading solutions, iAlert 3.0, AL Cares and the Uptime Service Center. All three devices are designed to help consumers run their business securely remotely, providing functionality such as improved telematics, car monitoring, geofencing, e-locking and e-diagnostic applications. Apps are compliant with all smartphones, making it easy for vehicle owners to sign in and control their company from any venue.

New digital systems have been modified to show the technological complexities of BS6 vehicles
Ashok Leyland has been providing wireless options to its customers for many years now. In 2017 , the company released its Digital Platform offering services such as I LeyKart, ServiceMandi and e-Diagnostics. And with DigitAL Nxt, Ashok Leyland is bringing it to the next level. With iAlert 3.0, the organization has revised the framework to meet the technological complexity of BS6 cars, providing a simpler and practical approach to tracking critical vehicle details. Its on-board telematics program will pre-empt problems before they emerge, giving operators a chance to prevent bugs and reduce unintended costs or unplanned delays. In addition, the program also provides vehicle safety monitoring, traffic tracking, geofencing, trip control, path deviation tracking, fuel level detection, warnings and notes, duty updates, driver reporting, fleet management and dealer position.
Second option, Ashok Leyland Care (AL Care) provides easy access to vehicle information, e-locking of vehicle records, duty-reminder service, simple service booking, and real-time alerts. Eventually, there is the Uptime Solution Hub, which serves as the core center for all software applications provided by Ashok Leyland. Based on the basis of Bigdata and Cloud technology, the framework provides AI-driven prognoses that help to identify possible problems well in advance and provides a real-time analysis of vehicle parameters to allow immediate reactive assistance to get the vehicle back on track quickly.
