Maruti Suzuki Arena dealers are offering discounts and benefits on models such as the Alto K10, Wagon R, Swift and Dzire this January, which includes cash discounts, exchange bonuses and corporate offers. There are, however, no discounts on offer on the Brezza and Ertiga.
Maruti Suzuki Alto K10
Benefits of up to Rs 47,000
The Maruti Alto K10 has discounts of up to Rs 47,000 across all its petrol and CNG variants, which include cash benefits of up to Rs 25,000, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 15,000 and a corporate discount of up to Rs 7,000. The Alto K10 is powered by a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine that puts out 67hp and 89Nm of torque. This engine is mated to either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT gearbox and rivals the Renault Kwid in the entry-level hatchback segment.
Maruti Suzuki S Presso
Benefits of up to Rs 44,000
The Maruti Suzuki S Presso is powered by the same 67hp, 1.0-litre engine as the Alto, comes mated to 5-speed manual or AMT gearboxes and also gets a CNG variant. All petrol variants of the S Presso get a discount of up to Rs 44,000, which includes a cash benefit of up to Rs 23,000, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 15,000 and a corporate discount of up to Rs 6,000. The CNG variants, meanwhile, get up to Rs 39,000 off on account of lower cash discount of Rs 18,000.
Maruti Suzuki Celerio
Benefits of up to Rs 44,000
The Celerio is available with total benefits of up to Rs 44,000 on all petrol and CNG variants, with a similar break-up on offers as the S Presso. It is also powered by the same 67hp, 1.0-litre engine that’s mated to a 5-speed manual or an AMT. The Celerio is a more compact alternative to the tall boy Wagon R, but comes similarly specced and rivals the likes of the Tata Tiago.
Maruti Suzuki Wagon R
Benefits of up to Rs 41,000
Prospective buyers of the petrol-powered Wagon R can avail discounts of up to Rs 41,000. This includes a cash benefit of up to Rs 15,000, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 20,000 and a corporate discount of up to Rs 6,000. The Wagon R comes with either a 67hp, 1.0-litre motor or a 90hp, 1.2-litre engine, with both paired to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox. There is also a CNG variant with the 1.0-litre engine, which is available with up to Rs 36,000 discount.
Maruti Suzuki Swift
Benefits of up to Rs 37,000
The Swift gets benefits of up to Rs 37,000 this month, with cash benefits worth up to Rs 10,000, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 20,000 and a corporate discount of up to Rs 7,000. The CNG variants, meanwhile, come with an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 and a corporate bonus of Rs 7,000 with no cash discount currently being offered. The Swift is powered by a 90hp, 1.2-litre engine that comes with both 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox options. It rivals the recently facelifted Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and the Tata Tiago.
Maruti Suzuki Dzire
Benefits of up to Rs 17,000
The Dzire, the Swift’s compact sedan counterpart, comes with the same 90hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine mated to either a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. There is a discount of up to Rs 17,000 on offer that includes an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 and a corporate bonus of Rs 7,000, but there’s no cash discount on offer. There are also no offers on CNG variants of the Dzire. It rivals the Hyundai Aura, Honda Amaze and Tata Tigor.
