Maruti Suzuki is offering benefits and discounts of up to Rs 47,000 on its Nexa line-up of models for May 2023. The offers are applicable on the Baleno, Ignis and the Ciaz, although there are no benefits on the Grand Vitara and the XL6. Interested customers can avail the benefits in the form of exchange bonuses, cash discounts and corporate benefits.
Maruti Suzuki Ignis
Save up to Rs 47,000
The Ignis is the entry-level product in Maruti’s current Nexa line-up, and is available with a total discount of Rs 47,000 this month for its manual variants. This includes a cash discount of Rs 25,000, an exchange offer worth Rs 15,000 and a corporate benefit of Rs 7,000. Meanwhile, the automatic variants of the Ignis are available with a total discount of Rs 42,000, which includes a cash discount of Rs 20,000, while the exchange offer and corporate benefit remain unchanged.
The Ignis, which rivals the Maruti Suzuki Swift, the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and the Tata Tiago, is powered by a sole 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine that’s paired to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox. The Ignis is currently priced between Rs. 5.84 – 8.16 lakh.
Maruti Suzuki Ciaz
Save up to Rs 35,000
Currently the oldest model in the Nexa line-up, the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz gets a total discount of Rs 35,000 for both its manual and automatic variants this month. Customers can avail of exchange offers worth Rs 25,000 and corporate discounts of Rs 10,000.
The Ciaz is powered by a 105hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine that is paired to either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed torque converter automatic. It rivals other midsize sedans like the recently facelifted Honda City, Skoda Slavia, Volkswagen Virtus and the upcoming new Hyundai Verna. The Ciaz is currently priced between Rs 9.30 – 12.29 lakh.
Maruti Suzuki Baleno
Benefits of up to Rs 20,000
Maruti Nexa dealers are offering discounts of up to Rs 20,000 on the Baleno this month. This includes a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange offer of Rs 10,000, although it is only available on the Delta and Zeta manual variants. All other variants, meanwhile, are only available with Rs 10,000 exchange bonus. There are no benefits on CNG variants of the Baleno.
The Baleno is powered by a 90hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine that’s paired to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox. In CNG spec, this engine produces 77.5hp. The Baleno takes on other premium hatchbacks like the Tata Altroz, Hyundai i20 and the Toyota Glanza. The Baleno is currently priced between Rs. 6.61 – 9.88 lakh.
