- XUV700 waiting period ranges between 1-5 months
- Gets monthly average bookings of 8,000 units
Mahindra has largely sorted out the problem of unusually long waiting period that plagued the XUV700 for a very long time. Nearly all variants can be delivered in just a months’ time, with the top-spec AX7 L trim seeing a maximum of just one and half months in waiting. At its peak, certain variants had their waiting period extending to well over a year.

Demand for the XUV700 has remained fairly consistent at about 8,000 units, which is also what Mahindra is understood to be producing each month; so, demand and supply are at par. Some of Mahindra’s other popular SUVs such as the Thar and Scorpio N, however, have much larger order backlog and thereby wait times.
