Mahindra XUV700 discounts in May 2024
Benefits up to Rs 1.5 lakh
Mahindra’s flagship SUV gets the same level of discounts as last month. All variants of the XUV700 have a flat cash discount of Rs 1.5 lakh, other than the AX5 7-seater variant in diesel-MT, diesel-AT and petrol-MT form, which has a cash discount of Rs 1.3 lakh.
The rival to the Tata Safari and MG Hector Plus is powered by either a 200hp, 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with 6-speed manual and torque convertor automatic gearbox options; or a 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine in two states of tune – 156hp and 360Nm in the entry-level variants, and 185hp and 420Nm (450Nm with AT) on the higher-spec variants. The diesel also gets the same two gearbox options, and also gets AWD variants. Prices for the Mahindra XUV700 range between Rs 13.99 lakh-27.14 lakh (ex-showroom India).
The SUV specialist has recently expanded the XUV700 by introducing the mid-spec AX5 Select 7-seater variant, a new entry-level MX 7-seater trim, and a limited-run top-spec Blaze variant for the SUV. Mahindra has also worked hard on reducing wait times for the SUV halving the order backlog in just one quarter.
Mahindra XUV400 discounts in June 2024

The XUV400 has a range of up to 375km for the smaller battery, and 456km for the larger battery, and rivals the Tata Nexon EV.
Mahindra Scorpio-N discounts in June 2024
Benefits up to Rs 1 lakh
Discounts on the Mahindra Scorpio-N are the same as last month, albeit only for the higher-spec Z8 and top-spec Z8 L variants. The 4WD diesel variants have a cash discount up to Rs 1 lakh, whereas the 2WD petrol and diesel trims have a flat discount up to Rs 60,000.
The ladder-frame seven-seat SUV comes with two engine options – a 203hp, 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 175hp, 2.2-litre diesel engine. Both can be specced with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox. Only the diesel models get a four-wheel drive option.
Scorpio-N prices currently range between Rs 13.60 lakh-24.54 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Although the SUV doesn’t have a direct rival, its price sees it competes with the likes of the Tata Safari, Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector Plus and Hyundai Alcazar.
