LSH Auto customers in Stockport were stunned when they came face to face with football royalty turned I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! jungle queen Jill Scoot at a festive dealership event.
Just days beating Hollyoaks star Owen Warner and former Health Secretary Matt Hancock to be crowned ‘Queen of the Jungle’ for 2022, Scott chatted to guests at the AM100 car retail group’s Christmas customer event at its sprawling retail site beside the M60 in Greater Manchester.
Scott, who retired from professional football after the Lionesses’ won the title of champions of Europe at the UEFA Women’s Euro 2022, attended the event as part of a visit to collect her new Mercedes-Benz A-Class A250 e AMG Line.
LSH shared images of the vehicle’s handover (pictured) on its Facebook page.
About Manchester reported that she also took time to chat to fellow dealership guests and sample food and drink on offer from local artisan stallholders at the LSH event.
LSH Auto UK managing director Martin Webb explained his desire to see the Hong Kong-owned car retail group’s facility in Stockport become a hub for local events when he was interviewed for a dealer face-to-face insight feature.
Speaking to AM at the £65 million, 10-acre statement site shortly after its 2019 completion, Webb said: “We want LSH’s DNA in the UK to be defined by spaces where people come for various reasons, but most of all feel relaxed to visit.”
