Bajaj Pulsar 150 price, mileage, design, new display

Along with that, the Pulsar N150 has also been updated with a rear disc brake.

A few weeks ago, Bajaj teased that it would be updating the Pulsar N150 and now we have gotten to know the extent of these updates.

  1. Digital display has Bluetooth connectivity
  2. Still continues with single-channel ABS
  3. More Pulsar models could get the new display

The biggest change is the new negative LCD dash that replaces the old-school, yet aesthetically pleasing, digi-analogue setup. This finally brings Bluetooth connectivity to the Pulsar lineup, which is an area where Bajaj’s rivals have been ahead. The display seems to support smartphone connectivity and enables the user to receive/decline incoming calls, in addition to other functions.

To control the functionality of this new display, the left hand switch cube has also undergone some revisions and now has a new ‘mode’ button where the headlight toggle switch used to be. The headlight toggle switch in turn has been integrated into the trigger-style pass beam switch.

Something similar to this was also spotted on a Pulsar NS160 test mule some time back, so it would seem that quite a few models in the Pulsar lineup will soon be getting these features.

Along with that the bike has also received a rear disc brake, although it still continues to have single-channel ABS. Apart from all these changes, the Pulsar N150 continues with the same mechanicals and even the two colour options are the same as the current bike. Expect an official launch to be round the corner since bikes have started reaching dealers and there could be a slight bump to the current Rs 1.18 lakh sticker price as well. The larger N160 has also received the same updates and when the updated version launches, it too could be pricier than the current rs 1.30 lakh asking price.

All prices ex-showroom, Delhi.
