TVS Raider 125: 8 lakh sales in 31 months

This latest round of sales means that cumulative sales of the Raider 125 have gone past the 8,00,000 unit mark. From launch 2.5 years ago till April 2024, the Raider 125 has taken a scant 31 months to achieve the milestone, efficiently capturing demand in the rapidly-growing 125cc commuter motorcycle market and turning out to be a key contributor to TVS’ overall growth in the two-wheeler market.

The TVS Raider 125 is part of an extremely competitive segment, which has well-established products like the Hero Glamour, Super Splendor and more recently, the Xtreme 125R, Bajaj Pulsar and Honda Shine. In April 2024, the Raider 125 accounted for 40 percent of TVS’ total motorcycle sales and 17 percent of the brand’s total two-wheeler sales.
