2021 Moto Guzzi V85TT: engine
Moto Guzzi has said that the engine on the 2021 model produces more low and mid-range torque thanks to “optimised lifting of the pushrod and rocker timing cams and a consequent adapting of the engine control electronics.” While the older bike made 80hp and 81.3Nm from its 853cc, air-cooled, transverse V-twin, it now makes 75hp and 82Nm. The engine has also been tuned to meet Euro 5 (BS6) emission norms.
2021 Moto Guzzi V85TT: other changes
While the 2021 V85TT uses most of its hardware from last year’s model, it now gets different wheels and tyres. Additionally, the bike now gets two new riding modes – Sport and Custom – for a total of five settings. The motorcycle weighs 1kg more than before at 230 kg (kerb weight).
