Mid-life update for current-gen GLE will include refreshed styling and more features.

Mercedes-Benz GLE facelift: What to expect?

Ahead of its global debut tomorrow, Mercedes-Benz has released teasers of the updated GLE. The most visible changes include modified front and rear bumpers, Mercedes S-Class-style rear lights and an updated front grille. The featured GLE is also equipped with a new alloy wheel design, and a more comprehensive range of exterior paint colours is expected.

The fourth-generation GLE has been on sale globally since 2019 and was launched in India in January 2020. This facelifted SUV will feature the latest iteration of Mercedes’ intelligent MBUX infotainment system, with a host of assistance systems and technology. Other areas of the interior will be updated as well. The GLE is likely to carry over the same engine line-up which includes a 2.0-liter diesel and 3.0-liter V6 petrol. The performance oriented GLE AMG line-up will also see updates subsequently.
