Maruti Suzuki recalls

This recall follows the one in January 2023, which was due to a faulty airbag controller and affected over 17,000 vehicles. The recall affected the Alto K10, S-Presso, Eeco, Brezza, Baleno and Grand Vitara manufactured between December 8, 2022, and January 12, 2023.

In December, Maruti Suzuki India also issued a recall of 11,177 Grand Vitara SUVs manufactured between August 8 and November 15, 2022, due to a possible defect in the rear seat belt mounting brackets. The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder was also recalled for the same reason.
