Mahindra Bolero, Bolero Neo, bookings, delivery, price

Mahindra receives average monthly bookings of around 9,500 for the Bolero and Bolero Neo combined.

Mahindra’s workhorse, the Bolero SUV, and the Bolero Neo compact SUV are definitely still popular models for the brand. Mahindra still receives about 9,500 bookings for the SUVs (combined) every month, which is one of the reasons why the company still has a decent number of models that are still to be delivered.

  1. Number of Mahindra Bolero, Bolero Neo same as in February
  2. Average monthly bookings have reduced slightly

Compared to the number of pending deliveries for these two SUVs in February 2024, the order backlog now is at about the same level – there are still about 10,000 Boleros and Bolero Neos to be delivered to customers. Considering the brand receives about 9,500 bookings a month for the two SUVs (down from the 11,000 units Mahindra was receiving earlier), it seems like the company is only a month behind on deliveries for the Bolero range.

The Mahindra Bolero is powered by a 76hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine, is currently priced between Rs 9.98-10.91 lakh, and comes in three variants – B4, B6 and B6 OPT. Mahindra’s oldest model that’s still on sale is due a generation change – the brand is working on the next-gen model, which is expected to arrive in 2026.

Mahindra’s Bolero Neo is a unique ladder-frame compact SUV capable of seating seven. Available in N 4, N8 and N10 trims, the Neo is powered by a 100hp, 1.5-litre diesel mill that comes with a manual gearbox only. Neo prices currently range between Rs 9.95 lakh-12.15 lakh. Recently, Mahindra launched the nine-seat Bolero Neo+, priced between Rs 11.39 lakh and Rs 12.49 lakh.
