There are no discounts to be availed on the Venue diesel in April. Hyundai three-row, Creta-based SUV, the Alcazar, is due a facelift in the coming weeks, and gets up to Rs 55,000 off this month on the petrol and diesel models, which includes an exchange bonus and a cash discount. The rival to the Tata Safari (Rs 16.19 lakh-27.34 lakh) and MG Hector Plus (Rs 17 lakh-22.68 lakh), is available in six-seat and seven-seat form, and is priced between Rs 16.78 lakh-21.28 lakh. Hyundai Tucson discounts April 2024
The relatively slow-selling Hyundai Tucson gets huge Rs 2 lakh in cash discounts during this month. It seems like dealers still seem to have stock of MY2023 petrol and diesel Tucsons, though it is only the diesel version that gets the maximum benefits; the petrol has 50,000 as a direct discount. Hyundai dealers are also offering up to Rs 50,000 in cash discounts on the MY2024 Tucson diesel.
The Tucson powered by the 156hp, 2.0-litre petrol is priced between Rs 29.02 lakh-31.67 lakh, while the SUV with the 186hp, 2.0-litre diesel costs between Rs 31.55 lakh-35.94 lakh. Both get a 6-speed automatic as standard, but the diesel gets an AWD option as well. The Tucson rivals the Jeep Compass (Rs 20.69 lakh-32.27 lakh) and Volkswagen Tiguan (Rs 35.17 lakh).
Hyundai Kona Electric discounts April 2024
Those looking to buy Hyundai’s older EV, the Kona Electric, can avail massive cash discounts to the tune of Rs 4 lakh. With this discount, the ex-showroom price of the Hyundai EV can drop to Rs 19.84-20.03 lakh, which means it can serve as a proper alternative to the likes of the top-spec Tata Nexon EV Empowered + LR (Rs 19.29 lakh-19.49 lakh) and better compete with the MG ZS EV (Rs 18.98-25.20 lakh).
The Kona Electric is powered by a 39.2kWh battery pack that runs a 136hp, 395Nm electric motor, and has an ARAI range of 452km. It is available in a single Premium variant, though a dual-tone finish, which costs Rs 19,000, is also available. Dealer sources tell us that there are very few units of the Kona Electric remaining in their inventory, prompting the massive discount.
