The Honda Smart Workhop app is already operational in Hyderabad, Jaipur, Pune and Mumbai.
Honda has introduced the‘Smart Workshop’ Mobile App, which provides customers with real-time insights of their vehicle’s service progress.

With the ‘Smart Workshop’ app, customers can now track their vehicle as it passes through every stage during a service. On completion of each stage of vehicle service, the customer will now get a notification of process completion via SMS. This will allow customers to keep a closer eye on their machines by providing them with real-time information about their vehicles.
Honda will be expanding Smart Workshop app integration into all ‘Authorised Main Dealer Service Centers’ across India by the end of 2025 in a phase-wise manner. The implementation has already begun in major metro cities like Hyderabad, Jaipur, Pune and Mumbai.
Honda will also be accepting feedback from customers regarding their experience from commencement to completion of their vehicle’s service. Feedback from customers will be incorporated into this process, claims the company.
