Brayleys Cars has become the latest AM100 car retail group to strike-up a partnership with Karzoom to offer customers a flexible vehicle subscription mobility solution.
Managing director Paul Brayley said that the launch of an all-inclusive subscription service reflected the St Albans-based Honda, Kia, Mazda, Renault and Dacia franchisee’s constant efforts to evolve in response to “the ever-changing mobility needs of our customers”.
Brayleys follows Hendy Group and Perrys to become a regional partner of Karzoom, covering North London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and West Essex, through its plan to offer flexible subscriptions of one to three months from several dealership locations.
“Since 2003, Brayleys has constantly evolved it’s business model” Brayley said.
“Vehicle subscription forms a key part in the development of our omnichannel business operation.
“It reflects our innovative approach, responding to the ever-changing mobility needs of our customers.”
“Our partnership model enables dealers to deploy a fully supported subscription solution in a very short period of time, whilst also providing all of the required system functionality needed to meet both customer and dealer needs.
“Combined with our unique insurance solution from Zego, plus outstanding customer service from Brayleys, means we can deliver a class leading subscription service to customers across these new regions of the UK.
“Paul and the team have already developed extensive plans to launch the subscription service across their customer base and we are really looking forward to bringing this service live, with the launch date planned for early January.”
Brayley’s was profiled in an in-depth dealer profile interview back in 2019.
A statement issued by the business today (Dec,mebr 9) said that it was “positioned for future growth” following its recent partnership with Dubai-based conglomerate AW Rostamani.
The relationship recently saw Brayleys become a sister company to Westway Nissan, following its acquisition by AW Rostamani.
Brayleys will now be expanding their customer offering by partnering with Karzoom, which promises to offer a managed service to its dealer partners.
Karzoom claims its platform allows dealers to offer a “seamless car subscription service” directly to their own customers and business users, through their own website.
It delivers a complete IT platform for vehicles, a fully comprehensive insurance solution through insurance partner (ZEGO), booking and payment systems as well as helpdesk support.
He added: “One of the other positives that subscription can also provide – in the current climate – is another potential stream of used car stock coming back into the business.”
