The 2022 KTM 390 Adventure gets updated electronics and comes now in two modes – Street and Off-road.
The 2022 KTM 390 Adventure has been spotted at a dealership in Maharashtra, signalling its imminent launch. The 2022 KTM 390 Adventure was launched in international markets last year, but it’s the first time that the bike has been spotted in India.
The 2022 KTM 390 Adventure features a few yet notable changes. The traction control (TC) system, for instance, has been updated and now has two modes – Street and Off-road. The former offers normal intervention, while Off-road allows some amount of rear wheel slip before kicking in. The updated electronics will also keep the bike in off-road mode in case the rider stalls the bike and restarts.
Other updates include new 10-spoke alloys instead of the 12-spoke rims and new colours. The orange and blue paintwork looks particularly good, inspired by the KTM Factory MotoGP team bike.
Besides the above changes, the rest of the bike is the same. To reiterate, the KTM 390 Adventure is powered by a 373.4cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 43hp and 37Nm. The bike has a tubular street trellis frame suspended by a non-adjustable WP USD fork and monoshock. Currently, the motorcycle is priced at Rs 3.28 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
