2021 Kawasaki Ninja 300: design and styling

Kawasaki hasn’t made any changes to the overall design of the motorcycle, with the only update being new colour schemes. These include Lime Green, Candy Lime Green, and Ebony colour schemes.

2021 Kawasaki Ninja 300: engine

The Ninja 300 continues to be powered by a 296cc, parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine with peak output figures of 39hp at 11,000rpm and 26.1Nm at 10,000rpm. This engine is paired to a 6-speed transmission and gets a slipper clutch as standard.

The chassis and hardware elements remain identical as well, with a tubular steel frame suspended on a conventional telescopic fork and a pre-load adjustable monoshock. The Ninja 300 features a 110/70 R17 section tyre at the front and 140/70 R17 section at the rear. Handling braking duties is a 290mm single disc up front and a 220mm disc at the rear.

2021 Kawasaki Ninja 300: price

At Rs 3.18 lakh, the Ninja 300 is about Rs 20,000 more expensive than what it was sold for a couple of years ago. The BS6 Ninja 300 isn’t the only relatively affordable motorcycle that Kawasaki intends to launch in India. In October, we also broke the story that the Japanese company is preparing for a W175 launch in India.
