2021 Ford Figo, Freestyle, Aspire range prices, variants, features and more details

Ford India has updated the Figo hatchback, Aspire compact sedan and Freestyle cross-hatch range for 2021. Some lower variants are no longer available, and prices have also increased marginally for each of the models.

  • 2021 Ford Figo priced between Rs 5.64-8.19 lakh and available in three trims
  • 2021 Freestyle costs between Rs 7.09-8.84 lakh and is on offer in three variants
  • 2021 Aspire now only available in top two trims and is priced between Rs 7.24-8.69 lakh

2021 Ford Figo: what’s new?

Other than a price hike of about Rs 4,000-15,000, depending on the variant, there are no mechanical, feature or design changes on the 2021 Ford Figo. The variant line-up is also unchanged. When the Figo had been upgraded to meet BS6 norms in February 2020, there was a mid-spec Trend variant available, though it had been discontinued by June last year. There are now a total of five versions on sale, including two engine options. Both, the 96hp, 1.2-litre petrol and 100hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine come with a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. However, a Figo petrol-automatic is in the works and is expected to arrive soon with an estimated price tag of Rs 8-8.3 lakh (ex-showroom).

2021 Ford Figo prices (ex-showroom, Delhi)
Petrol Diesel Difference
Ambiente MT Rs 5.64 lakh Rs 5,000
Titanium MT Rs 6.64 lakh Rs 7.74 lakh Rs 15,000
Titanium Blu MT Rs 7.09 lakh Rs 8.19 lakh Rs 4,000

2021 Ford Freestyle: what’s new?

As the cross-hatch version of the Figo, the Ford Freestyle, is no longer available in the entry-level Ambiente trim, the starting price of the range has increased by Rs 1.1 lakh. Prices for the remaining variants have increased by Rs 5,000. There are no other changes, mechanical or feature-wise, to the Freestyle, which shares its powertrain options with the Figo. A top-spec Freestyle Flair Edition, which had launched in August 2020 and gets styling updates to the exterior and interior, is also currently available.

2021 Ford Freestyle prices (ex-showroom, Delhi)
Petrol Diesel Difference
Titanium MT Rs 7.09 lakh Rs 8.19 lakh Rs 5,000
Titanium+ MT Rs 7.44 lakh Rs 8.54 lakh Rs 5,000
Flair MT Rs 7.74 lakh Rs 8.84 lakh Rs 5,000

2021 Ford Aspire: what’s new?

With the entry-level Ambiente trim being scrapped from the compact sedan’s line-up, the Ford Aspire’s starting price is now Rs 1.15 lakh higher. As with the Freestyle, the rest of the Aspire range’s price has risen by Rs 5,000. Ford’s compact sedan shares the engine and gearbox options with its hatchback and cross-hatch counterparts; the 1.5-litre diesel is a good example of a small diesel done right and is one of the most frugal units on sale in India today.

2021 Ford Aspire prices (ex-showroom, Delhi)
Petrol Diesel Difference
Titanium MT Rs 7.24 lakh Rs 8.34 lakh Rs 5,000
Titanium+ MT Rs 7.59 lakh Rs 8.69 lakh Rs 5,000
