Maruti will soon introduce a special “Dream Series” range comprising of Arena models like the Alto K10, Celerio and S-Presso. We bring you official details of these special edition models ahead of their market launch later this month. As reported by us earlier, all three Dreram Series models are priced at Rs 4.99 lakh, but are based on different trim levels. Based on their prices, it seems like the Dream Series is limited to the manual gearbox versions. Let’s take a look at what’s on offer with each one.
Maruti Alto K10 Dream Series: Rs 4.99 lakh
The VXi+ variant, on which the Alto K10 Dream Series is based.
Based on the top-spec Alto K10 VXi+, which costs Rs 5.35 lakh, the Dream Series adds equipment like a reverse parking camera and a security system; Maruti calls this the Dream Series kit. Additionally, the Alto K10 Dream Series gets discounts on dealer level accessories among other benefits. Maruti says customers selecting the Alto K10 Dream Series over the standard Alto K10 VXI+ will save around Rs 49,000 on their purchase.
Maruti S-Presso Dream Series: Rs 4.99 lakh

Based on the mid-spec S-Presso VXi, which costs Rs 5.22 lakh, the Dream Series adds a reverse camera, a pair of speakers, a security system, an interior styling kit, matte black cladding on the wheel arches, and black and silver body side moulding, along with front, rear and side skid plates, chrome garnish for the grille and rear hatch, and a frame for the license plate. Customers purchasing the Maruti S-Presso Dream Series will save around Rs 63,000 on their purchase, according to the brand.
Maruti Celerio Dream Series: Rs 4.99 lakh

Based on the entry-level Celerio LXi, which is priced at Rs 5.37 lakh, the Dream Series adds a Pioneer music system, a reverse camera and a pair of speakers. Customers will save around Rs 58,000 on the purchase of the Celerio Dream Series, according to Maruti.
The “Dream Series” line-up will soon be available at Arena showrooms, though the models will only be available for a limited period. With the introduction of the Dream Series, Maruti wants to provide customers more value and model options at a standard price of Rs 4.99 lakh. Additionally, Maruti has also announced a minor price cut of Rs 5,000 for its automated manual gearbox (AMT)-equipped cars and SUVs.
