The most sought-after used car so far this year is the Ford Fiesta – despite being discontinued, a new study has revealed.

This comes after recent warnings from experts after a spike in Ford Fiesta thefts – with over 2,000 being stolen in the UK in 2023.

The data, carried out by the experts at Uswitch Car Insurance, analysed factors such as average number of listings, median used price and depreciation rate over a 3-year period to uncover the second-hand cars considered most desirable.
