Yamaha R3 bookings and launch
Select dealerships in the country have begun accepting bookings for the 2023 Yamaha R3 for an amount of Rs 5,000. While a launch time frame is yet to be defined, deliveries for the motorcycle are expected to commence by end-July or early-August.
The Yamaha R3 is powered by a liquid-cooled, 321cc, parallel-twin engine that makes 42hp at 10,750rpm and 29.5Nm at 9,000rpm. Once launched, the R3 will rival the likes of the KTM RC 390, Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Ninja 400. Click here to see how it compares against the competition in terms of specifications.
Although some dealerships have begun accepting bookings for the new R3, we’re yet to receive info about bookings for Yamaha’s other big bikes (MT-03, MT-07, MT-09, R7 and R1M). We’ll share updates on this matter in due course.
