Auto Trader is helping retailer’s showcase their ‘exceptional’ customer service with the launch of Auto Trader Highly Rated 2022.
Retailers across the UK who have been consistently rated ‘outstanding’ by Auto Trader customers are set to receive a collection of Highly Rated assets to help promote their status across physical and digital showrooms.
Additionally, retailers meeting the criteria will have a Highly Rated logo added to their Auto Trader profile page and Retailer Store.
Darren Moon, group sales director at Auto Trader, said: “We introduced our Highly Rated accreditation as an opportunity to celebrate those retailers that are going above and beyond to provide their customers with an exceptional level of service.
“Even prior to the pandemic, meeting our strict criteria was a huge achievement, but it is especially so in today’s increasingly competitive and complex retail landscape.”
To qualify for Highly Rated accreditation, retailers must have delivered the following in the last 12 months: a high volume of recent reviews on Auto Trader; a high overall review rating on Auto Trader; and regular engagement with customer reviews.
Retailers posting photos, videos or GIFs of their Highly Rated sticker on display in their dealership and on their social media channels will have the chance to win a prize, as well as have their post shared with Auto Trader’s followers on its own consumer facing social media channels.
Moon said: “Although the market is returning slowly to more normal trading conditions, the recent acceleration in digital retailing trends means that it has never been more important for retailers to be able to immediately reassure potential customers of the quality service their business is able to provide.
“As one of the UK’s most widely known and trusted brands, we hope recognition from Auto Trader will help this year’s Highly Rated retailers stand out from competitors by building instant trust with car buyers.”
To qualify fro Auto Trader Highly Rated 2022 retailers have until Monday August 8 to post and tag one of the Auto Trader Insight accounts on Twitter (@ATInsight), LinkedIn (Auto Trader Insight) or on Instagram (@autotraderinsight), along with the hashtag #ATHighlyRated2022.
