Inalfa Roof Systems named Linda Gao as president and chief executive officer effective immediately.
Gao succeeded Joerg Buchheim on an interim basis last May.
Gao has a background in engineering and chemistry and over 20 years in the automotive industry.
Inalfa supplies automotive roof systems to almost every major car and truck manufacturer and is part of the BHAP group, one of the largest suppliers of automotive parts in China.
During the six years prior to her current role, Gao worked for Inalfa in China, opening six regional production plants.
